This product is a specially formulated
epoxy ester resin sealer designed to
penetrate the surface of concrete floors.
It dries to a durable, chemical resistant
finish capable of withstanding heavy
usage.
DIRECTIONS
New concrete floor must be cured a
minimum of 90 days prior to sealing.
Clean floor thoroughly with detergent
and water, rinse, and allow to dry for at
least 2 hours. Etch the floor using 1 part
of a concrete etcher and cleaner in 5
parts of water. This process neutralizes
the alkalinity of the concrete, aiding in
the penetration of the surface for better
curing and adherence.
Apply this product with a lamb's wool
applicator. Allow first coat to dry 4 to 6
hours, then apply a second coat for a
smooth, slip resistant surface. Floor is
traffic ready in 24 hours.
Coverage: 300 to 500 square feet per
gallon.
